Feel free to contact us should you need further information.

We look forward to welcoming you to the 36th edition of the congress in June 2024 (06-08) in Marseille.

SOFCEP Congress 2024

Dear colleagues, dear members of SOFCEP,

I have the honor of being the President of SOFCEP for this year 2023-2024. It’s therefore only natural that I should choose to organize our next congress in Marseille, my beloved city.
2024 will be a very special year for our country, as we’ll be hosting the Olympic Games, and for one summer the world will be watching as Marseille hosts the soccer and sailing competitions.

Before that, we’ll be holding a congress in the Palais du Pharo on the old port from June 6 to 8, to share, exchange and pass on our skills to the younger generation.

Marseille is a city of passion.
I too am passionate about my profession, cosmetic surgery.
I want to inaugurate a new congress format for SOFCEP.

I want us to get to the heart of the matter. We’ll deal with fewer subjects, but we’ll take the time for lengthy discussions to find answers to our day-to-day problems. Most of the time, we’ll be all together in one room, and we’re going to get you to take part in the discussions by voting.

We’ll be focusing on breast surgery, facial aging and rhinoplasty.
Marseille is also the city where the lipostructure adventure began, with the founding congress organized by Pr G Magalon and Sydney Coleman in 1998. So, of course, we’ll be talking about regenerative medicine.

But this congress will also be a great opportunity to get together with all Sofcep members, French or foreign plastic surgeons wishing to join us, and the industry partners with whom we collaborate every day.

I look forward to seeing you all in Marseille from June 6 to 8 for the 36th SOFCEP congress.

Jean-Luc JAUFFRET
SOFCEP President 2023-2024
